If Objective Connect emails are getting caught in your spam filter, add the Objective Connect email address or domain to your corporate list of 'allowed email addresses'. This will allow Objective Connect emails to be delivered to recipients without being caught in their spam filter.

Documents added to a workspace directly using Objective Connect may display what appears to be an incorrect timestamp in the Modified field. The timestamp may be earlier than the actual local time when the document was added to the workspace.
Timestamp discrepancies can occur if the Objective Connect Link user creates the workspace on an Objective ECM Server in a different time zone to where the Objective Connect Link application is installed. This is due to the way Objective ECM handles the DATE_UPDATED field of a document when replication occurs between a remote Objective ECM site and the Objective Connect Link application site.

You might not be able to see the Objective Connect login page because of caching issues. To resolve this:
- Refresh your web browser by pressing the F5 key.
- If a refresh does not help, do a force refresh by pressing Ctrl+F5.
- If none of these work, then clear your web browser cache. For information on clearing your browser cache, see your web browser help.

After you generate a workspace record, you are able to see an ability under Workspace Participant Abilities in your workspace record PDF document and you will also notice that none of the participants have this ability.
"Edit in Office Online" is an upcoming feature in Objective Connect Enterprise edition and currently workspace owners are unable to assign this ability to participants. More information about this feature will be available soon.

Under rare circumstances, when accessing asset previews, you might see a licence warning:
"Exception: Message: Your AMS expired on <date>. To upgrade this version of PDFNet SDK, please renew your AMS subscription."
To resolve this issue, refresh your Objective Connect browser.

Security levels may affect your ability to share HP TRIM Records. This includes your personal security clearance, a Record's individual security level and the Maximum Security Level for shared content set by your administrator.
The Maximum Security Level for shared content may prevent you from sharing a HP TRIM Record, even if you have sufficient security clearance and permissions. For example, if you have a 'Top Secret' security clearance as well as 'View Document' and 'Contribute Content' permissions on a Record, but the Maximum Security Level for shared content prevents ‘Top Secret’ Records from being shared, you are unable to share the Record. The Maximum Security Level for shared content takes precedence over your personal permissions.
Note: Your administrator may change the Maximum Security Level at any time.

Under rare circumstances, when generating a workspace record (typically > 1500 PDF pages), you might see an error. As a workaround, you can:
-
Generate a workspace record for each section separately.
-
Generate a workspace report. This report will have the workspace audit events in CSV format.

Uploading a large file (up to 25GB) may be interrupted due to an inactive computer or network issue. These interruptions occur when a computer loses connection with its server. If this happens, please re-upload the file and ensure that your computer remains active until the upload is completed.

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enforced, you cannot share a file or folder from Objective ECM without logging into Objective Connect and registering your device.
