Enable mobile authenticator verification

  1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.

  2. In the Mobile Authenticator section, select Enable Mobile Authentication.

    Note:  
    - If you have selected Enable Mobile Authentication, you cannot use Objective Connect for Windows.
    - If you have already registered your mobile device, this option will be enabled by default.
    - Enable Mobile Authentication is not displayed if multi-factor authentication is already enforced by the Enterprise admin.

  1. In Objective Connect, select in the top left-hand corner of the screen, then Settings.

  2. In the Mobile Authenticator section, select Enable Mobile Authentication.
