Enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication for a workgroup

This feature is available on an Enterprise edition of Objective Connect.

Once enforced, workgroup members:

Must register their mobile device the first time they login. Thereafter, should use a mobile authenticator verification code each time they login.

Will not be able to disable mobile authenticator verification. However, an enterprise admin can remove mobile authentication for a workgroup member.

Will be prompted to register a device when they login after unregistering a mobile device.

As an administrator in Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose the option from the drop-down menu.
- Select the workgroup for which you want to enforce mobile authenticator verification.
- Select Workgroup Options.
- Enable or disable Enforce MFA on login.
