Enabling two-step verification for a workspace
Note: This feature is available on an Enterprise edition of Objective Connect.
You have the ability to enforce an additional level of access verification prior to participants entering into Objective Connect workspaces. This also ensures the participants you originally opted to collaborate with, continue to have access to their business email address and rightful access to the information shared.
- The workspace owner and other participants require a secure access code to access the documents and other assets in that workspace
- Comments and Tasks on the workspace are visible without the secure access code
- An asset name referenced in a comment or task is visible, however, to access the document you will need to enter a secure access code.
- Assets (documents/folders) in a two-step verification enabled workspace will not show up in searches.
