Managing Multi-Factor Authentication

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

• is enforced, you must register your mobile device the first time you login.

• is not enforced, you can enable mobile authenticator verification and continue with registering your mobile device.

Thereafter, should use a mobile authenticator verification code each time you login.

Important:  If MFA is enforced or enabled, you must upgrade to the latest version of the mobile app to login to Objective Connect.
