Unregistering your mobile device

Note:   You will be prompted to register a device when you login after unregistering a mobile device.

To unregister your device from mobile authenticator verification.

  1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.

  2. Select Unregister Device from the Mobile Authenticator section. A code is displayed on your mobile authenticator app.

  3. Enter the code displayed on your mobile authenticator app in the Unregister Device section and select Next .

  4. Select Confirm.

    If your code is correct, your mobile device will be successfully unregistered.

  1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.

  2. Select Unregister Device from the Mobile Authenticator section. The Remove Device screen is displayed.

  3. Select Lost Device and enter the recovery code that you have stored whilst registering your mobile device.

  4. Select Confirm.

    If your code is correct, your mobile device will be successfully unregistered.

To unregister your device from multi-factor authentication.

  1. In Objective Connect, select in the top left-hand corner of the screen, then Settings.

  2. Select Mobile Authenticator and then Unregister Device. A code is displayed on your mobile authenticator app.

  3. Enter the code displayed on your mobile authenticator app in the Unregister Device section and select Next .

  4. Select Confirm.

    If your code is correct, your mobile device will be successfully unregistered.
