Registering your mobile device
To register your device for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
- In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then .

in the section.An email with details to register your device will be sent to your registered email address.

Select Link Device from the email received and select Next.

Open your two-factor authentication mobile app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Okta Authenticator), scan the QR code image using your mobile phone camera. A code is displayed on your mobile authenticator app.
Also, a manual code is displayed below the QR code image. You can also copy the Manual Code and select Next.

Enter the code displayed on your mobile authenticator app in the Register Device section and select Next.
If your code is correct, you will be successfully registered. This links up your registered mobile with Objective Connect.
Important: A recovery code is displayed. Securely store this code, this will be needed to reset mobile authentication on your account, should your registered device be lost or damaged. You can copy this code to a clipboard or select Print to print this code.

Select Confirm.
- Log in to your Objective Connect, using your email address and password, an Authentication screen is displayed.
- Enter the code displayed on your mobile authenticator app to continue. If you have lost the code or your registered device, select . The screen is displayed.

Enter the recovery code that you have stored whilst registering your mobile device and select
.Your device will be unregistered and you will be prompted to register your device again.
To register your device for MFA:
- In Objective Connect, select in the top left-hand corner of the screen, then .

Enter the code displayed on your mobile authenticator app in the Register Device section and select Next.

If your code is correct, you will be successfully registered. This links up your registered mobile with Objective Connect.
