Email address aliasing

With user email address aliasing, old email addresses will be linked to the user so notifications and invites received on the old email addresses will reach the correct user.

Each user account has a:

  • Primary email: This is the email address to which notifications and invites are sent.

  • Alternate email(s): This list includes any email addresses the user previously used with Objective Connect. For example if a user has changed their email address (for eg., change of name on email address or change of domain).

  • Pending email(s): When an administrator initiates the change of email address and the change is not finalised, it is shown here along. An administrator has an option to Cancel it whilst a user can Cancel or Verify this change.
