Prerequisites

Before changing email domain or addresses, ensure that you have completed these tasks (in the sequence given):

1. Link your domains to your workgroups. You will not be able to perform the Update Members or Update Email options unless your domains are linked to your workgroups.

   To do this, contact Objective Support with these details:

   • Your current domain name

   • Desired domain name

   • Your contact details on which Objective Support can reach you

2. If Objective Connect is integrated with Objective ECM or Micro Focus Content Manager via Objective Connect Link, update the email addresses in Objective ECM and Micro Focus Content Manager prior to doing it in Objective Connect.
