Managing tasks

Tasks can be one of the following types:

  • Acknowledge: Create this type of task when you want assignees to acknowledge an action, e.g., acknowledge that they have received a proposal. A task of this type is created with an Acknowledge option, which assignees must select to respond to the task.
  • Approve/Reject: Create this type when you want assignees to approve or reject an action, e.g., approve or reject a proposal. A task of this type is created with Approve and Reject options and the assignees must select either Approve or Reject to respond to the task.
  • Review: Create this type when you want assignees to review a document. A task of this type is created with a Review option, which the assignees must select to respond to the task.
