Matt is a Public Prosecutor and is working on Walter's bail request. Walter was arrested for suspected drug dealing. Matt needs to get an approval from the Crime Commission to grant Walter's bail. Matt creates an Approve/Reject task and assigns it to William from the Crime Commission. While creating the task, Matt attaches the bail request document along with a message for William to reject the task if he wishes to deny the bail request or to approve the task to grant the bail request. Matt also schedules a due date for the task so that he can be sure that he gets William's decision before a specific date.
