Checking the progress of a task

As the workspace owner creating tasks, you can check the progress of each task and view any comments made along the way.

If a number of participants have been assigned to a task, a progress bar displays for the task sectioned by the number of participants involved. As each participant completes the task, the progress bar updates. Expand the task to display who has actioned the task.

As a task assignee you can view the other assignees of the task including their responses and comments on the task.

Note:   Some task assignees may be private/hidden participants of the workspace, so you will not be able to see them. You will only be able to see them if you are the task owner or have ‘invite’ permissions for the workspace.
