Viewing tasks
You can view tasks at different levels.
- In Objective Connect, go to .

Expand the Tasks section on the right-hand side.
There are two tabs:
- Tasks assigned to me – select this option to view all tasks that are assigned to you. Any overdue tasks are outlined in red.
- Tasks created by me – select this option to view all tasks that you have created.
Each listed task contains a reference to the workspace that it belongs to. Select the workspace in the task to go to the workspace.
- In Objective Connect, go to .
- Expand the section.

Select a tab:
- To view all tasks that are assigned to you, select Tasks assigned to me.
- To view all tasks created by you, select Tasks created by me.
Any overdue tasks are outlined in red.
- In Objective Connect, go to a workspace or a document within the workspace.

Expand the Tasks section.
All tasks associated with this workspace or document that are assigned to you or created by you are listed for viewing.
- Go to the home page - .

Tap on the Tasks tab.

- Tasks created by me – select this option to view all tasks that you have created.

- Go to a workspace or a document within the workspace.

Tap on the Tasks tab.
All tasks associated with this workspace or document that are assigned to you or created by you are listed for viewing.
When you use one of the above methods to view a task, you will notice the following details (if they are available):
- The type of task – Acknowledge, Approve/Reject or Review.
- A task title as entered by the task owner at the time they created the task.
- A task description as entered by the task owner at the time they created the task.

A reference to the document attached to the task.
You can download the document from the task. If the document name has a strikethrough, this means that the document (or a specific document version) is no longer available.
- A task progress bar displaying the number of task assignees, who have responded to the task and the pending number.
- The due date of the task if it has been set for the task.
- The status of the task.
