Saving annotations
Important: Only a workspace owner can save their private or public and participants' public annotations as a PDF file.
As a workspace owner, you can save annotations on a document. Saved annotations are added as Adobe PDF documents and if you are using Objective Connect Link for Objective ECM, the PDF document will be synchronised with Objective ECM.

Make sure that the annotations you wish to save are visible on the document by clicking in the Annotations pane.
- Click on the top of the page. If there are no visible annotations on the document, the button will be disabled.
- When prompted, enter a name for the annotated PDF document and click .
The PDF document is added to the workspace and created in the same location as the annotated document.
