Changing your password

It is a good idea to frequently change your password for security reasons. For more information, see password requirements.

  1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.
  2. Select in the top right-hand corner of the Profile settings section.
  3. Select Change password.
  4. More fields display for you to enter your old password, new password and re-enter the new password for confirmation.

    5. Note:   If mobile authenticator verification is enabled for your Objective Connect account, an additional Code displayed in your authenticator app field is displayed. Enter the 6 digit code displayed on your authenticator app to change your password.

  5. Select Change password.

  6. When you have finished, select:

    • to accept and save your changes and exit edit mode.

    • to discard your changes and exit edit mode.

  1. Select in the top left-hand corner of the screen, then Settings.
  2. Select Change password.
  3. When prompted, enter your old password, new password and re-enter the new password for confirmation.
  4. Select Change password.
