Logging in
Important: As an administrator, if you want to configure Federated Authentication / single sign-on (SSO) to log into Objective Connect, contact Objective Support for additional information.
- For the very first time
- You will receive an email invitation to join a workspace or be a member of a workgroup, select and complete the single step registration where you will need to enter your name and create a password.
- Select the link in the confirmation email to login to Objective Connect using your email address and password.
Your access to Objective Connect is slightly different the first time:
- After the first time
- Save the Objective Connect login screen as a favourite in your default browser.
- Enter your email address and password to login.
Select your user name in the top right-hand corner of the app bar, then

For the very first time
Once you have installed Objective Connect on your device, select from your device. Depending on whether you already have an Objective Connect account, select one of the following options:

Register a new account:
- Select a region.
- Enter and confirm your 6-digit PIN code. You will use this PIN code to access Objective Connect on this device only.
- Enter your email address.
- Complete the word verification.
- Select .
Using the link in your email invitation, register with Objective Connect.

Login to your existing account:
- Select a region.
- Enter and confirm your 6-digit PIN code. You will use this PIN code to access Objective Connect on this device only.
- Enter the email address and password you used to register to Objective Connect.

After the first time
If you have enabled biometric authentication (such as Touch ID, Face ID or fingerprint scanner) on your device, the next time you log into Objective Connect, you will be prompted to unlock using your biometric authentication.
Once logged in, you will be able to see all the workspaces you have created or been invited to.
Select from the top-left corner of the app and then . Swipe left on your account and select .
The requirements for your password are different depending on your region:

Asia Pacific region
If you are in the Asia Pacific region, your password must be at least 13 characters to meet with minimum security requirements.

UK region
If you are in the UK region, your password must be at least 9 characters to meet with minimum security requirements in the United Kingdom, and your password must contain at least 3 of the following:
- Lower case alphabetic characters (a to z)
- Upper case alphabetic characters (A to Z)
- Numeric characters (0 to 9)
- Symbols (such as !@#$%^&*)
Note: (CBA-5405)If you login using single sign-on (SSO) and leave the screen on the federated authentication screen (for example, on Microsoft account authentication page) for too long, it will timeout and Objective Connect will show an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again". To resolve this issue, refresh the page and login again.
