Logging in

Important:  As an administrator, if you want to configure Federated Authentication / single sign-on (SSO) to log into Objective Connect, contact Objective Support for additional information.

Note:   (CBA-5405)If you login using single sign-on (SSO) and leave the screen on the federated authentication screen (for example, on Microsoft account authentication page) for too long, it will timeout and Objective Connect will show an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again". To resolve this issue, refresh the page and login again.
