Changing your profile

Upload a profile photograph or update an existing profile photo that’s used in Objective Connect at any time.

The profile photo is used to identify you when you make a comment or are involved with a task. It is also used in email notifications that are sent to other users when you complete an action, such as accepting an invitation to join a workspace.

1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.
2. Select the grey profile image before your name in the left-hand corner of the Summary section of your profile.



3. Browse your desktop files and folders to select for a profile image of yourself.
4. Select Open to upload the new profile image.

You can change the details of your first and last name used in Objective Connect.

1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.
2. Select in the top right-hand corner of the Profile settings section.
3. Select the First Name and/or Last Name fields to edit the details.

4. When you’ve finished, select:

   • to accept and save your changes and exit edit mode.

   • to discard your changes and exit edit mode.

If you wish to maintain your privacy and not make your email address public, you can do so.

1. In Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then Settings.
2. Select in the top right-hand corner of the Profile settings section.
3. Tick the Keep my email address private checkbox in the Privacy section.

4. When you have finished, select:

   • to accept and save your changes and exit edit mode.

   • to discard your changes and exit edit mode.
