Previewing documents with a watermark

Note:  This feature is available on an Enterprise edition of Objective Connect.

Participants invited to a workspace but not given the ability to download documents, will be able to preview content. This preview will contain a watermark.

The watermark includes:

• the workgroup name that the workspace belongs to
• the participant’s email address
• a date / time stamp (UTC).
