Deleting documents
If you have integrated Objective Connect with a document management system, the Remove document option is not available. You will need to remove the document from your document management system and not from Objective Connect.
If your Objective Connect workgroup account is configured to allow the deletion of documents, you need to have the ability to do it. That is:
- As a workspace owner, you can delete any document within the workspace that you own, including those added by your workspace participants.
- As a workspace participant, you can delete documents if you have been given the ability to edit.
How to

Go to the workspace then the folder if necessary; select the document to open its Details page.
- In the Summary section of the Details page, select in the top right-hand corner then .
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
