Viewing documents

1. In Objective Connect, go to the workspace which contains the documents you wish to view.

   The Documents section displays your documents as thumbnails or a list depending on how you have chosen your list display.

The Documents section of a workspace displays all the included documents. Details about the documents are displayed below the document title:

• Version - shows the version number of the document
• Modified - shows the last time the document was updated and by whom
• Size - the size of the document which is displayed alongside its title
• Status - shows the upload progress of a document. No status indicators mean that the document is uploaded and available for viewing.
