Creating a new document version
Multiple participants can work on the same document and save them as different versions so that there is a record of all changes that have been made.
If you do not have permission to edit a document in a workspace, you will not be able to create a new document version.

In Objective Connect, go to the document’s Details page within your workspace.
Go to the workspace then the folder if necessary; select the document to open its Details page.

On the document’s Details page in Objective Connect, select the button .
The Upload blade displays to the right of the Content pane.

Drag-and-drop the selected document version from your desktop or device into the drop zone.
