Verifying your email address change
Note: You are unable to verify your email address change using Objective Connect mobile app.
If you wish to change your name on your email address (for example, to change your recently married), you can contact your administrator. Once your administrator initiates your username change in Objective Connect, you will receive an email notification with a verification code asking you to verify your new username.

Log into Objective Connect using your existing username and password.

Select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page, then
.Above the Profile settings section, you will be able to see a Pending email(s) field with your new username.

If you wish to accept the change, select
.When prompted to enter your verification code, enter the code you would have received in your email notification and select Primary email field will show your new name. You and your administrator will receive an email notification confirming the change.
. Your username will be updated and theWhen you log in the next time, you will need to use your new username.
If your new name is incorrect, select
.Your Primary email field will remain unchanged and your administrator will receive an email notification that you have rejected the change. You can continue to login using your existing username.
