Creating a member report
A member report allows you to do a quick export of member information into a CSV file. If you run the report at the enterprise level, information about all the members in all the workgroups within that enterprise are added to the report. If you drill down into a specific workgroup and run it, information about all the members in only that specific workgroup is added.

As an administrator in Objective Connect, to generate a member report:

at the enterprise level for all workgroups - select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose the option from the drop-down menu.

at a single workgroup level - select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose the option from the drop-down menu.
The Workgroup page appears.

Select in the Summary or Members section of the page.
The Member Report is downloaded in the CSV format.
To compile the list of accepted workgroup administrators for a specific workgroup:
In the downloaded Member Report, filter users by selecting ACCEPTED MEMBER = TRUE, DISABLED= FALSE and WORKGROUP ADMIN = TRUE.Note: Until the user accepts the invite, they are not administrators. Exclude them from your current active administrator list by filtering ACCEPTED MEMBER = FALSE and DISABLED = FALSE.
