Viewing participants and their status

As a workspace participant, you can view all other participants in a workspace provided they are not private (i.e., they are made hidden). The workspace owner and any workspace participants with the 'invite' ability can view all the users in a workspace even those who have been made private.

View workspace participants
1. In Objective Connect, go to the workspace for which you wish to view participants.
2. Expand the Participants section to view all the workspace participants and their abilities within the workspace.

See whether an invited participant has accepted

You can view whether a participant you had invited to join a workspace has accepted your email invitation or not.
1. Go to the workspace for which you wish to view a participant's status and expand the Participants section.
2. The status of the participant is visible under their name:
  The status of a participant can be:
  - Accepted - a registered participant has accepted the email invitation to join a workspace.
  - Not yet accepted workspace - a registered participant has not accepted the email invitation to join a workspace.
  - Unregistered Objective Connect user - a participant has not registered for Objective Connect. They are easily identified as their listed name is their email address.

2. Select the Participants tab to view all the workspace participants and their abilities within the workspace.
