Troubleshooting
There are some situations in which your document may not be uploaded to Objective Connect and will either show an ‘error’ status or be stuck in "Waiting for upload" status.
Your document may not be uploaded correctly if the:
- Internet connection failed while the document was uploading.
- Web browser was closed while the document was uploading.
- Page was reloaded before the document was uploaded.
- User navigated away from the page before the document was uploaded.
- Document size is too large (larger than 2GB - default maximum size).
- To resolve this, simply select on that document. Then, try uploading it again.
- If this does not resolve the issue, contact Objective Connect Assistance (AUS / UK).
To use the TAB key to navigate between fields, do the following workaround:

On Safari: Follow this workaround.

On Firefox:

Type about:config in the URL address bar.

Accept the caution and select Show All to view all the preferences.

Set the accessibility.tabfocus preference to 7.
This preference is not available on Mac OS, so you must create it. Right click in the window, create a new "integer" preference by the same name and set it to 7.

You might not be able to open Office Online because of authentication issues. To resolve this:

Allow third-party cookies on your web browser or add *.officeapps.live.com to your web browser’s allowed cookie list.
