Viewing workspaces and members in a workgroup

As an administrator in Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose the option from the drop-down menu.

Select the workgroup.
The Members section lists:
- the members of the workgroup
- their role within the workgroup
- the number of connections they have
- their status
- and actions that you as an administrator can perform – enable members, manage roles.
- The number of members displayed in one page of the table can be set to 10, 20 or 50.
- Use the page numbers at the bottom of the section to view other members.
- Select a member listed in the Members section to view their details, connections they’ve consumed and workspaces that they own.
The Workspaces section lists workspaces created by members of the workgroup is displayed in the Workspaces section.
- the workspaces
- owners of the workspaces
- the number of connects for each workspace
- when the workspace was created
- and actions that you as an administrator can perform – audit events, transfer ownership.
- The number of workspaces displayed in one page of the table can be set to 10, 20 or 50.
- Use the page numbers at the bottom of the section to view the other workspaces.
- Select a workspace owner listed in the Workspaces section to view their details, connections they’ve consumed and workspaces that they own.
A list of Closed workspaces within the workgroup is displayed below the Workspaces section. This allows you to retrieve historical information about the workgroup's workspaces within 90 days from when they have been closed.
