Enabling or disabling annotations
When you enable annotations, your workgroup users will be able to add and view annotations. When you disable annotations, the annotation options and the Annotations pane will not be visible.

As an administrator in Objective Connect, select your username in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose the option from the drop-down menu.
The Workgroup page is displayed.
- Select the workgroup for which you want to enable or disable annotations.
- Select Workgroup Options.
- Enable or disable Allow Workspace Annotations.
- Enable Allow Public Annotations if you wish to give participants the ability to make their annotations public. Public annotations are visible to other participants.
