Hiding participants

Note:  This feature is available on an Enterprise edition of Objective Connect.

You have the ability to hide the identity of participants from the other users in a workspace. This is extremely useful when you need to invite tenders and distribute documents to competing parties, and you want the identity of participants kept confidential.

When a participant is invited, select the (hide participant) ability to hide them from the participant list. Only the workspace owner will see the details of the hidden participant.

Note:  If you provide the ability for a hidden participant to upload documents or make comments, and either of these actions are taken, the participant will no longer be hidden.
