Adding offline documents in mobile app

This option is available only on Objective Connectmobile app.

The maximum size of an offline document that you can save on iOS is 2 GB, while on Android it is limited to 500 MB.
Making a document available offline means that it can be previewed even when the device is out of internet range. This is the best way to ensure access to a document even when your device is offline.
- Go to the document you wish to be made available offline and select it to open its preview.
- Tap on the top right-hand corner of the screen and select .
The document is downloaded to your
.When a document is available offline, it has a blue tick () to indicate that it is the latest version and a grey tick () if there are newer versions and the offline one is not the latest version.
If you wish to make a specific version of the document available offline:
- Go to the document you wish to be made available offline and select it to open its preview.
- Select the Versions tab.
- Tap adjacent to the version you wish to be made available offline and select .
To view your offline documents, select on the top left-hand corner of the screen and select .
- Tap on the top left-hand corner of the screen and select .
- Swipe left on the document you wish to remove and select .
Note: The document is only deleted from your offline documents and not from Objective Connect.
